Wow .. it's been quite some time huh?
Where have I been you may ask? (Or not, I don't think anyone visits here anyway!)
I have spent the last three years at animation school, I finished up there December last year, have had a job at one of the local studios for a while which was cool .. unfortunantly at the moment i'm unemployed, I have wasted the last 2 1/2 months waiting on an illustration job which I apparently nailed, seems everytime a meeting was supposed to be setup it never happened and it kinda just dragged on and i'm kinda done with waiting on something i'm not convinced isin't going to come. I've just handed out some Cv's to the local shopping mall, mostly to clothing stores and one at EB, I think I will call up EB sometime in the near future and see if there is any update .. who knows, they may like the interest that i'm giving them huh? :)

Yeah it's been a while, class is going good we had our first exams which I think went pretty well, just one more exam to go and if I pass i'll go onto year 2 of 3 of animation school :)

Homophobia is wrong
True Story. A religion teacher assigned her class an essay on what makes a good Christian. One student wrote about praying nightly, say no to abortion, banning gay marriage, and donating money. The other student wrote about talking to God and allowing people to enjoy their lives, and supporting gay marriage. The day the teacher was to hand the papers back, she called up the second student and told him she would pray for him when he went to hell. The student asked why would he be going to hell, and why he got an F on his paper. The teacher told him that Catholisim is against gay marriage. The student looked at her for a minute, then said aloud, "I'm gay." The teacher kicked him out of class as if he had said fuck or worshiped Satan. A girl in the back of class who had a boyfriend and was obviously straight got up and left too.
If you would leave the classroom, repost this. It doesn't matter if you're straight, bi, or gay. It doesn't matter if you're catholic or not. Everyone is a human being and deserves happiness.

This is a fanart for an online rpg I used to play in, It's pretty much one of my characters throwing another character against a wall for some random reason...I think alcohol was involved, i'm not sure though. ( Btw Aerain has had a few changes over the last year or two, she's got brown hair now..)

Next we have Buu from Dragonball Z, and btw I draw this about a year and a half ago, I was trying out a different sorta shading style but since then i've learnt to NEVER draw Dbz characters again, unless requested, I really don't like how the series is drawn for some reason, it looks very ... I dunno ... Lame I guess ...

Here we have another picture of Aerain, This was back when I couldn't decide if I wanted to make Aerain a guy or a gal so I just drew it so it could be either, Recently I decided that it was gonna be a she and made a few changes. I had to complete this in a rush for a drawing competition at an anime convention, I didn't win and I can see why, there are SO many mistakes in there that I want to fix up but that would take a lil big of time and I don't want to end up destroying this picture in the end...meh...it also feels so empty, I really don't like that grassy hill thing...

My last and biggest art assessment has begun, I need to complete two MASSIVE boards full of surealist paintings, It's time to start getting serious about art class now, no more scribbling and chatter, this assessment is worth 12 credits, that's half of the credits I need to pass art this year, I passed drawing and printmaking which was worth six credits but failed sculpture which was also worth six credits so this assessment determines if I pass or fail level 2 art practical.
The assessment pretty much consists of drawing four objects and linking them together to make surrealist paintings, so far i've completed two of the four objects, they are #1: Hands and #2 Candles I just need to think of two more objects to use and then I can get cracking, i'm thinking of using either trees, chimes, wings, moons, feathers, bells, pencils, eyes but it's harder then it sounds, the images you choose must link together and make freaky stuff so I must choose carefully.
And the internet cafe is closing...sad times...I need to find somewhere else to live from now, or else it's back to the gutter with my ass.
